Anton’s Pasta Bar began in 1983 after a 17 day journey from Calabria, Italy to its new Canadian home in the Heights.

This legendary Heights’ restaurant still attracts lines of customers with their bold, Italian flavours and large quantities of pasta that even has those with the largest of appetites asking for a takeaway box.

“We appreciate the customers who come in here all the time. It’s amazing we’ve kept the line for years and years here,” says Anton’s manager Frank Leone, who has been working at Anton’s for over 20 years.
