Watch the street turns festive as participating Burnaby Heights businesses transform their windows into dazzling displays, competing for the titles of Best Holiday Window Display and People’s Choice, with prizes co-sponsored by Burnaby Is Awesome (part of Vancouver is Awesome).

From Dec. 8 to Dec. 19, be part of the merriment by casting your vote for the most enchanting window display. Those who vote also stand a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to their favourite Burnaby Heights business.

Note: The Heights Merchants Association will be contacting winners via email directly.

On Dec. 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., the merry old soul Santa Claus makes his way through Burnaby Heights. For up to five hours, he’ll be greeting locals and paying visits to as many businesses as his jolly feet can reach.

On Dec. 13, at the same time, live carolers will bring holiday cheer and music to the sidewalks while you shop. Stop and listen, or sing along!

These are all perfect days to walk the street, pick up a few treats, and enjoy a little holiday magic along the way.
