Lee Stergios has an extensive background in kitchen and bath renovation, restaurant and corporate office design. Co-founder Paul Coker has an engineering background in commercial and industrial design and project management. Mark Vezna, the newest team member, has an extensive background in installation and project management.  Together, Lee, Paul and Mark have 40 years of experience between them.

Innova strives on placing a name and a personality to their unique designs. "My goal is to capture people's lifestyles in their design," says Lee. "It's all about the clients' tastes, not mine. I'm not going to live or work there - they are." 

The owners' talents are as complementary as their designs. Lee focuses on the aesthetic design, Paul examines the functionality of the elements and Mark brings the designs to fruition.

Innova is a one-stop shop for those designing or re-designing their home or workplace. Not only do they do interior design for kitchens and bathrooms, but they also do living rooms and dining rooms. Although Innova's clients are mostly homeowners, they can provide spec boards for contractors and can source materials for them.

"Consumers are exposed to a lot of interior design information they see on TV and read in magazines but they are not necessarily educated on the functionality or the cost," says Lee. "The large selection leaves clients feeling overwhelmed. We try to simplify the process to prevent that feeling," adds Paul.

"This is a great location," says Paul. "The Heights is a well known and visible area that's also central and close to Second Narrows and Vancouver."
